to pay for services. To ensure that income or lack of insurance
is not a barrier to care, low income patients who are not covered
by public or private insurance are charged on a sliding fee scale.

Job description:
Cheyenne Health and Wellness Center is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work 40 hours per week in a family-practice setting to provide quality preventive care to underserved populations. Spanish speaking is highly desirable
