Established in 2005, Cheyenne Health and Wellness Center is a non-profit, federally qualified health center dedicated to the provision of premier medical and pharmacy services to all residents of Cheyenne and Laramie County, Wyoming. We provide acute, chronic and preventative care services to our patients and strive to be “Your Health Care Home”.
